Hello @TheAthenien Before I can approve this contract, a few modifications will have to be made. - Could you specify when the loan of $100k will be given to bobbysix6? (For example, immediately after this contract has been approved) - Just to make sure, you're not allowing an extended period with late fees and it will be a breach of contract should the loan not be paid back on August 29th, correct? If so, could you add that term to your contract? @bobbysix6 will have to re-read and agree with the terms again once the changes have been made.
