General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of an eff7 pick. (the "star" pick)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Give @OGzCheetos my star pick via private chest with the command "/cmodify OGzCheetos".
  • This transaction will follow his purchase of hunter and the 75k transaction. Both are described below.
• Will take screenshots of all transactions, providing to staff when necessary.
• Will not retrieve money out of trade signs outlined below without providing @OGzCheetos confirmation I am doing so via mail.
• Will not touch the "storing chest" (outlined below) except for the following reasons:
  • to retrieve the pick after @OGzCheetos is banned for a breach of contract.
  • to check and see if pick is located inside chest when @OGzCheetos is logged off.
  • any other interaction with the chest is a breach of contract.
• Will keep trade signs mentioned below accessible to @OGzCheetos at all times through the use of /tpc. other arrangements regarding access to these trade signs will be discussed as needed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Immediately after signing, regardless of whether I am online or not, @OGzCheetos will buy me the donation feature "Hunter" for $22.50 in the shop tab of ecocitycraft.com.
  • This purchase will immediately follow the staff approval of this contract.
• @OGzCheetos will pay me the amount of 75k immediately after contract is approved. The coords to the trade sign this will be done at is:

• @OGzCheetos will pay an additional 100k every 5 days after the transfer of the eff7 pick. Missing these deadlines by even a minute (blocklogs in chests are accurate to the minute) will result in a 5k fine per day. Missing any deadline by 5 or more days is considered a breach of contract and a complaint will be filed accordingly. The trade sign for these transactions are located here:

  • There will be 7 of these transactions for a total of 700k.
  • All 7 of these transactions will be done within 35 days of the transfer of the pick (basically a repeater of the above statement in which he has 5 days per 100k).
  • Example:
    • pick is transferred 8-1-14
    • 100k payment on/before 8-6
    • 100k payment on/before 8-11
      
    • 100k payment on/before 8-16
      
    • 100k payment on/before 8-21
      
    • 100k payment on/before 8-29
      
    • 100k payment on/before 9-3
• @OGzCheetos will take screenshots showing a time-stamp and the trade sign used for each transaction and will not remove them until transaction is complete.
  • Not having these in his/her possession is breach of contract, as well as not providing to myself, a staff member, or anyone else who has a reason to see them, on demand.
• @OGzCheetos will mail me clearly stating each time a transaction was completed.
  • Not mailing me will result in a void of the transaction, and it will need to be repeated, by the same deadline, same rules described in the transactions will apply to the duplicated ones resulting from lack of mail.
• @OGzCheetos will not rent the eff7 pick to anyone under mayor, regardless of who they are until all transactions are complete, in which he/she may choose who he/she rents to.
• @OGzCheetos will not rent to anyone who has ever been banned on ECC, regardless of reason of ban or player rank. The only exception to this are ban requests, and myself. This will last until the time all transactions are complete, after which he/she may choose who he/she rents to.
• Whenever @OGzCheetos logs off the chest is to be stored inside of a chest which I have been /cmodifie'd to.
  • I (@CrazySwagMaster1) am to be mailed the coordinates of this chest before logging off, unless it is the same location as the previous mail.
  • This chest will be used for me to retrieve the pick in the result of a breach of contract. The pick is not to be stored in player inventory.
  • The chest is to be accessible to me at all times, be it using "/cmodify CrazySwagMaster1" then clicking doors leading to it, leaving an opening above the chest, or leaving the chest in the open. It (the chest mentioned above) is not to be un-accessable during any time the pick is inside the chest.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
