General Purpose of Contract: To arrange a payment plan on a $500,000 loan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay @bobbysix6 $500,000 on July 30th, 2014.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @bobbysix6 will receive the $500,000 and will pay back $750,000 back in $25,000 increments in a sign located at -12903 72 10142 in legacy by August 30th, 2014. For every day that the repayment of the loan is late $25,000 will be added to the amount that is needed to be repayed for another 2 weeks, making that a total of $1,100,000. If the total has not been payed back after September 13th, 2014 a complaint will be filed.

@bobbysix6 agrees not to take out any loans while he owes me money and also agrees to not purchase a lottery ticket unless they have payed back $25,000*# of days elapsed since July 30th 2014.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
