General Purpose of Contract:
Donation feature sale on payment plan.

Contract does not become active until @minecraftninja05's up-front payment of 100k.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Purchase the two features labled extcommands and extcommands+ on the shop tab of forums to be added to @minecraftninja05's profile.
  • This purchase will follow @minecraftninja05's initial payment of 100k and will be made within 24 hours of the payment.
• Create a trade sign.
  • This will sell ice at 100,000 ecd each.
  • There will be 10 ice in the sign at the time of setup.
  • It will be located in legacy at the following coords.
    • -3569
    • 78
    • -1584

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @minecraftninja05 will pay me 100k at any time of his/her choice. This initial payment starts the contract. This will be done through the trade sign outlined above.
  • Nothing is binding in this contract until this payment is made.
• Following my donation feature purchase outlined above, @minecraftninja05 will pay 100k once a week for 9 weeks.
  • These will all be due at a minute after midnight, regardless of what time I purchase the donation features.
  • The first payment of this type will be made on/before the 8th night after the donation features are purchased.
  • Each payment after the first will need to be paid on the 7th night.
  • Example of this: (All times are on EST, or GMT-5:00 for both the example and in game transactions.)
    • Donation Features purchased 8/3/2014. <- Time of purchase on this does not matter.
    • 100k due 8/11/2014 at 12:01 am. (8 days after donation features)
    • 100k due 8/18/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 8/25/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 9/1/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 9/8/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 9/15/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 9/22/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
    • 100k due 9/29/2014 at 12:01 am. (7 days after last payment)
• Will take time stamped screenshots of all transactions.
  • The easiest way to do this is to double-tap f2.
  • Each screenshot will need to display the following:
    • The date/time.
    • The statement money has been removed from your account.
    • the response of the command /ptime.
      • This is done to ensure the computer being used is synced properly to ECC, to avoid scams by paying later on.
• Not be late for payments.
  • Being late by even 1 minute will result in a fine of 5,000.
    • 5k will be added to the payment plan each day that a due payment is not paid.
  • A breach of contract has not occured until one payment is not paid and another one is due (a payment would be more than 1 week late at this point).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
