General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Rental of an Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide an Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe for @Ninjaboy3113 to use for 30 minutes, starting when this contract is accepted.
I will give @Ninjaboy3113 free enchanted repairs during this time period.
I will provide a safe, cmodified chest at /warp america (9261, 62, 2389 in legacy) for pick up and return of the Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe.
I will not rent, sell, trade, or give the Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe to another user during this time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ninjaboy3113 will pay @oxwood2 5000 once the contract is accepted.
@Ninjaboy3113 will have 30 minutes from when the contract is accepted to use the pickaxe.
If the pickaxe is not returned on time, @Ninjaboy3113 will owe @oxwood2 a new Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe or 1000000 within 1 month's time.
When @Ninjaboy3113 needs an enchanted repair, he will use a locked, cmodified chest.
@Ninjaboy3113 may not rent, give, trade or sell the Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe.
@Ninjaboy3113 will return the Efficiency 7 Silk Touch 1 Unbreaking 3 pickaxe to me to a chest at /warp america (9261, 62, 2389 in legacy)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
