General Purpose of Contract:
To outline and confirm the agreed upon requirements and commitments that @jzpimpin101 will make towards my town “risen_valley” and its residents as the assistant mayor and main leader during the 2014-2015 year.


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @jzpimpin101 with the position of mayor of my town (Risen_Valley) during the following weeks: August 31, 2014 – November 22, 2014; November 30, 2014 – December 22, 2014; January 4, 2015 – April 4, 2015; April 11, 2015 – June 21, 2015 and the position of assistant mayor from August 3, 2014 through June 21, 2015. He will also be given a free 20x20 plot (or pre-built) and the opportunity to extend this contract to the following year pending approval by 2 out of the 4 of the following board members; @Tilikum3115 @jsbeatkid @iheartsteak31301 and @designer32. If, during the duration of the aforementioned time periods @jzpimpin101 would like to be relieved of his duty for up to 14 days, prior notice must be sent to @Tilikum3115 at least 2 weeks in advance of the first day of his period of leave. In addition, @jzpimpin101 will also be allowed to build large public buildings with the approval of I,@Tilikum3115, or the approval of all three (3) previously mentioned board members and @jzpimpin101 will receive 50% commission on all plots sold by himself. Finally, @jzpimpin101 will be allowed access to our multistory farm so long as he ensures other town members are able to use it too.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@jzpimpin101 will agree to be held responsible for the town “risen_valley” during the previously mentioned time period. He will follow and enforce all town and server rules and agree to uphold the values of risen_valley including but not limited to; honesty, common-sense, responsibility, teamwork, fairness, and collaboration. @jzpimpin101 will log on and ensure the town is being maintained no less than two (2) times per a week for the entire duration of his time as acting mayor. During @jzpimpin101 ’s time as [co-]mayor he will not remove the other mayors and /or their LWC’s under any circumstance and will only remove residents who violate ECC server rules. All other town-rule violators/inactives will be reported to the applicant owner, @Tilikum3115, and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. @jzpimpin101 will give 50% of all plot sales to @Tilikum3115 and will inform her of all new residents at least once per a month. Should @jzpimpin101 violate any server rules or be banned from ECC, he will be immediately removed from the town/co-mayor position until an explanation is received and approval to return is decided by the board. If a return to risen_valley and/or his prior positon is denied, this contract is forfeited for the remaining time periods and he may be denied the opportunity to renew this contract for the following year.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
