General Purpose of Contract:
The payment of $85,000 to rank @halospy up to Mayor. In exchange, all rights to the town are given to @Caitlin_Crime and @Iticip

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Iticip agrees to the following:

• To pay @halospy the full $85,000 required for the Mayor rank
• To completely have the Application written up, and sent to @halospy via Forum PM, and supply the $85,000 immediately after.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Caitlin_Crime agrees to the following:

• Nothing, she just receives permissions from @halospy to be a future Original Owner if she so wishes.

@halospy agrees to the following:

• To file the application provided by @Iticip
• Upon creation of the region, @halospy will type "/rg am (town name) Caitlin_Crime" and "/rg am (town name) Iticip)"
• To allow the use of a Town Transfer application, or Town claim to be used by either @Caitlin_Crime or @Iticip with their agreement
• To file any and all application @Iticip and/or @Caitlin_Crime desire, as long as they provide the adequate funds.
• @halospy will put the application immediately after I send him the Forum PM, and the payment of $85,000 is received.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
