General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Melon Sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Throughout the transaction a staff member shall be present, upon confirmation that said staff member has received 600k down payment from @tanger91 I shall place the melon sword in a chest locked to myself and said staff member. At which point the staff member shall remove me, pay me the 600k then add @tanger91 to the chest in which the melon sword is stored. Upon @tanger91 receiving the sword a sign will be placed within which @tanger91 may pay a remaining 100k over the course of two weeks effective immediately from the approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@tanger91 will pay the staff member middle-manning the transaction 600k. Then, upon signing this contract he will have two weeks to pay 100k to a sign in the spawn town of Recours to total 700k for the Melon Sword. All transactions besides that which involves a trade sign will involve a staff member being present and acting as a mediator during the transaction.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
