General Purpose of Contract:
To nullify this contract: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.77327/
And create a new revised version of the contract stated above.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @MCHelix3000, will keep @Pruneda98 as co-mayor of the region HeliosVortex on these conditions:
>>@Pruneda98 will spend time constructing the town, whatever its use is. @Pruneda98 cannot "sit back and let others do the work".
>>@Pruneda98 will not go inactive for more than 1 month. If he goes inactive for more than 1 month, @MCHelix3000 has the right to remove him.
>>@Pruneda98 will not create any conflicts such as arguing with my decisions regarding the town. Since I am the original owner, I have the right to create town features and make all decisions for the town. With sufficient evidence of conflict, @MCHelix3000 can remove @Pruneda98.
>>@MCHelix3000 cannot remove @Pruneda98 unexpectedly. He will have to notify @Pruneda98 when removing him. @MCHelix3000 can also remove @Pruneda98 whenever he wants, but cannot remove within 30 days of this contract being approved.
@MCHelix3000 will receive 60% of perms sold, no matter the circumstances.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Pruneda98 will follow the rules stated above. He is subject to removal from the town if not following these rules. @Pruneda98 will also spend his own money when contributing to the town projects. @Pruneda98 cannot argue with removal of ownership.
@Pruneda98 can do LWC removals and will receive a percentage of perms sold, whether it be plots or farm perms. @Pruneda98 will receive 40% of perms sold only if he follows the terms listed above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
