General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure a claimed town will immediately be transferred to myself when claimed.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @ArisenBatman gets 1 day to file town claim application, no more, no less. This 1 day starts upon contracts acceptance and ends 24 hours afterwords. I will not pester for this to be done.
• I will pay $130,000 to @ArisenBatman upon the contract being accepted. If I fail to do so, @ArisenBatman may file a complaint.

  • The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section: I agree

• As soon as this contract is accepted, I will pay @ArisenBatman the $130,000.

• If the application for claiming the town is denied for any reason, @ArisenBatman has until September 11th to pay back $130,000.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
