General Purpose of Contract:
Town Sale of 'Sandford'

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>> @MCHelix3000 will remove himself from the list of owners within 1 hour of receiving payment of 80k from @JrHockey17.
>> Upon payment of 80k to @MCHelix3000, @MCHelix3000 will add @JrHockey17 to the list of owners of Sandford.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>> @JrHockey17 will pay @MCHelix3000 80k within 10 minutes of this contract being approved.
>> Once @JrHockey17 is added to the list of owners, he can remove @MCHelix3000 from the list of owners of region 'Sandford'.
>> @JrHockey17 will be the sole owner of the town. @JrHockey17 has the right to add/remove users from the list of members, and can add co-owners as he chooses. He can remove all user's locks except the original owner's.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. The original owner of Sandford is Mochocrap, LWCs cannot be filed on the original owner as it's against the server rule. Original owner is the user who made the town application for the town/ claimed the town. I am currently the 'technical' owner of Sandford, meaning I'm the only one added to /rg i Sandford.

 

No, as he had previously sold the town to me.
