General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Melon Sword (Unbreaking 3 Efficiency 5 Silk Touch 1 Diamond Sword) on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will sell my Melon Sword to @NoM0R for a down payment of 600 nether stars with a 25 day payment plan of $800,000, so a total of 600 netherstars + $800,000. I also agree to give my Melon Sword once the contract has been accepted & start the payment plan with @NoM0R

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Once the contract is accepted, @NoM0R will pay a down payment of 600 nether stars to start the payment plan. During the 25 day payment plan, @NoM0R agrees to pay a minimum of $32,000/day for the 25 day payment plan. If he fails to pay $32,000/day, he will owe $2,640/day in late fees. If he fails to pay off the $800,000 in 25 days, he must return the Melon Sword back to @shrinkwrap4me. If not completed, a complaint will be filed against @NoM0R for breach of contract. He will also make payments at the coords of x: -5156 y: 67 z: -8890 in the Legacy World.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
