I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @slvrplme will provide @Zach_Attack252 a melonsword (eff5 , unb3, silk1 diamond sword) as soon as the contract is approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Zach_Attack252 will pay me, @slvrplme $6,000 as soon as the contract is approved. @Zach_Attack252 will pay me, @slvrplme $1,104,000 over 20 days via signs at an agreed sethome at the co-ords ( x: -13699 , y: 63 , z: -10650 Rising World (Located in the town Destined)). @Zach_Attack252 must pay a minimum of $55,200/week to the signs located at the agreed sethome mentioned above. By 20 days, he must have paid $1,104,000. However, if @Zach_Attack252 fails to pay the $1,104,000 by 20 days, he may face late fees of $10,000/day for one week. If he contacts me before this the 20 days and gives me a legitimate reason, @slvrplme can give a short extension. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
