General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale and purchase of a melon sword.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will agree to pay @matrix_rep a total of $1,400,000 ECD in exchange for a Melon sword named "Melon Smasher". Paying a minimum of $200,000 ECD per week over the course of 7 weeks. The money will be payed into signs in the town of "cizfarms" (in Legacy world (x: 13983 y:63 z:13954) $25,000 ECD at the time (a total of 56 signs to be payed in.) I will be given until march 5th 2015 to pay @matrix_rep the $1,400,00 ECD having each pay week end on Thursday. If I am late on a weeks payment, meaning I do not pay the 200,00 ECD of that week, I will have to pay another 10,000 ECD per every late day. If I consider I am too busy that week to be able to pay all 200,000 ECD I must tell matrix_rep the previous Saturday and I do not pay for that week but instead pay an extra 50,000 ECD as a fine. Finally, during the time that the sword is being payed for, I will have to leave it in a chest located in the same area as the signs.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@matrix_rep will agree to give me the melon sword "Melon smasher" within 6 hours after this contract is approved and i have payed an initial 50,000 ECD ( Which will be payed in to 2 signs right after the contract is approved)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Edited Added time frame for when the 50k must be payed and the melon sword must be given, relative to the time of the payment of the 50k. Aswell as added the coords for where the chest is. (The chest is in the same area as the signs.)

@matrix_rep can you agree to the time-frame?
