General Purpose of Contract:
@nikalsaki 's upgrade of rank to resident
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, the contract initiator agree to pay @nikalsaki $15,000 EcoDollars
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The payment is $15,000, the re-payment is $17,000 with no additional fee for each week without payment. If the debt is not re-payed by the first of April, a late fee will initiate with an extra fee added on to the original payment. For an example, if debt is not payed by the first of April, then on April 2nd, the debt will increase to $17,500 ($17,000 -> $17,500; Not $17,000 + $17,500) For every Thursday after April 2nd, an additional $500 will be added to the re-payment ($17,500 +$500 = $18,000)
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@pokefan3333 It seems as though you are requesting late fees be paid before the date of payment is due. Could you please clarify that so that late fees are after the payback? Also, could you put what you intend to do under "I, the contract initiator,..."? (For example: I agree to pay UserABC 15,000 immediately after this contract is accepted).
