By him agreeing to this, he will not remove me from the town, nor will any other Owner. No matter how long I am gone. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree that if I don't pay him the 4k, I don't get farm access. I will give @MSU_SPaRtAns321 4k for farm access in the town of IronView from 2/6/15 date stamp on. This is writen on 2/6/15 and I will have perm and pay msu the money for access from 2/6/15 forward. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: This contract is for me to buy @MSU_SPaRtAns321 farm access for 4k. By him agreeing to this, he will not remove me from the town, nor will any other Owner. No matter how long I am gone. He will give me the permission to farm in that town (ironview) right when I give him the 4k. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
