IGN: @Cardinal3 Users Involved in this Contract: @bwink66 General Purpose of Contract: Efficiency 7 Star Pickaxe Trade I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to transfer my ownership of an Eff7 pickaxe to @bwink66. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Before the transfer of the pickaxe, @bwink66 agrees to pay a down payment of 100k. After receiving 100k, I will trade the pickaxe to @bwink66. After @bwink66 is in possession of the pickaxe, he will be responsible for paying 100k each week after the transfer. This will continue for a total of 7 more weeks (the last week only 50k instead of 100k) totaling an 850k transfer for the star pixkaxe. Payments will be made through these signs every Monday starting February 23 2015 and ending April 13 2015. These signs will be accessible through the town Fairview located at Towns 3 - Coal - Redstone - 43 - FairView through town portals. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
