General Purpose of Contract:
To facilitate the co-ownership of a Star Pickaxe.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@MCHelix3000 agrees to the following terms:
>> @MCHelix3000 will never sell the Star Pickaxe without @Diamond396's permission.
>> @MCHelix3000 will never allow possession of the Star Pickaxe to be in any other user besides @Diamond396.
>> Examples of this include renting the pickaxe out, letting another user borrow the pickaxe.
>> @MCHelix3000 agrees to give 570,000 ECD to @Diamond396 should he sell the Star Pickaxe via @Diamond396's permission.

The sharing of the pickaxe will be effective on 2/17/2015, and the pickaxe must be returned to a chest located in my town, Helix City, after use, or a chest located in my town, Midden_Heap.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Diamond396 agrees to the following terms:
>> @Diamond396 will never sell the Star Pickaxe without @MCHelix3000's permission.
>> @Diamond396 will never allow possession of the Star Pickaxe to be in any other user besides @MCHelix3000.
>> Examples of this include renting the pickaxe out, letting another user borrow the pickaxe.
>> @Diamond396 agrees to give 200,000 ECD to @MCHelix3000 should he sell the Star Pickaxe via @MCHelix3000's permission.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
