General Purpose of Contract: The purpose of the contract is to ensure the security of a loan where @jakeyray18 loans @xX3PICREBELXx money

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @xX3PICREBELXx agree to pay @jakeyray18 $220,000 in 2 seperate installments of $110,000 to a sign located at x: -5572 y: 63 z: 3724 in the legacy world, these payments must be fully paid by 3/20/15.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @jakeyray18 will create a sign at the coordinates of -5572 63 3724 in the legacy world selling ice for $110,000 each with 2 ice in the sign within 24 hours of the contract being accepted. @jakeyray18 should also pay @xX3PICREBELXx $200,000 within 24 hours of the contract being accepted.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
