Please state what it will be: Either co-ownership, or it could be the sale of the town in order to give @rivercobber the ability to file a town transfer app and become the new original owner after. Please also state what will happen to you, will you be removed as a region owner and member, or will you still stay a member? Furthermore, please specify whether the town is in rising or legacy. Please reword this to something like "Immediately after I, @tfg2002114, have been added to the town as an owner.", specifying a set time. (Immediately)
