General Purpose of Contract:
Safe payment plan and town transfer of town Zenith in rising world.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon contract's approval, I will add @jmichael214 as owner of town Zenith in rising world. I will add myself as member and remove myself from the owner list of Zenith. I will also create a payment sign at -284 64 -404 in rising with 100 dirt for $10000 each.
I @oxwood2 agree to allow @jmichael214 to use a town claim or town transfer on town Zenith after the date of 5/21/15.This contract can be used as evidence for such a claim.
I @oxwood2 agree to never to try to reclaim Zenith for any reason. I agree that @jmichael214 will become the permanent legal owner of Zenith until he uses a claim to become the permanent original owner of Zenith.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@jmichael214 agrees to pay @oxwood2 at least $20000 per day to the sign at -284 64 -404 in rising, starting 4/2/15 for 50 days. The period will end 5/21/15. There will be a 7 day grace period after this date before a complaint will be filed. The grace period will end 5/28/15.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

This is very limiting as it does not take into account any building deals/etc that may occur. While, of course, there may be no intention for this at the current time, under this clause, any building by Oxwood outside of the area, even under Jmichael's direct request, can constitute a breach of contract.
We can't allow this clause in the contract as it is unenforceable without additional evidence (proof that the payments have been completed). If this is the case a secondary contract would be recommended when payments have been completed.
The rules state that evictions can be issued on players under certain circumstances (Section 5, Clauses 3-4). While this notion is admirable contracts cannot override already existing server rules. This is especially true if/when jmichael214 becomes the official owner of the town gaining full rights of ownership.
The clause regarding the set area permanent property also cannot be enforced as it would have to be agreed to by any and all future owners of the town, as it would affect them as well. This however cannot be done for rather obvious reasons.
Please correct the contract in regards to the above issues. -

Well, I'm still all right with the contract without all those clauses, but I suppose they mostly deal with @oxwood2. I'm certainly willing to give him my word that I'll still do all of those things.

As stated above this clause is still one I cannot approve as our eviction/seizure of property rules state circumstances under which members can be removed and this contract can not override those rules. -
