I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @jrg5978 will add @ze7707 to the owner permissions of both towns upon receiving 80k. @jrg5978 will not claim back either town unless the user is banned for 3 months + or inactive for 6 months + or @ze7707 commits a breach of contract by not paying necessary fees I agree that I can be removed from the town upon receiving the money The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @ze7707 will pay @jrg5978 80k within 1 day of this contract being accepted @ze7707 have the right to remove @jrg5978 from the town after paying the money I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
