General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of an Efficiency 7 Pickaxe
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Chundi_Jr, agree to give @maroiogog a Star/Efficiency 7 Pickaxe immediately upon the completion of his terms. (when the pickaxe is paid off in full)
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@maroiogog will pay @Chundi_Jr $825,000 ecd within 24 hours of the approval of this contract.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@maroiogog will pay @Chundi_Jr $690,000 ecd upon approval of this contract. @maroiogog will have 1 week to provide @Chundi_Jr with an additional $135,000 ecd. This payment will be due by 12:00am PST (midnight) on April 30th, 2015. If this payment is not recieved by that date @maroiogog will be required to pay a 25k per day late fee until it is all paid off.-

Alright, some things to fix...
At this position, please specify a timeframe for how fast this will be done after the terms have been fulfilled, for example "immediately" or "within 24 hours".
Same applies here. Please add "Immediately" or something of similar meaning. (Yes, that's a lot of times to fix, but I just want to make sure. :) )
Please ensure that it is a set deadline, open-end contracts are not signed. Please specify at what amount of late days a complaint will be filed.
Once these changes have been made, @maroiogog will need to re-agree. Also, please use the exact contract acceptance format. -
