@block_crusher the contract looks solid, but could you please write out each date? For example May 27, 2015 or 27th of May 2015 or anything similar to that? Just saves on confusion later if anything happens and makes things so much clearer!

Also at the payment sign please specified a timeline you will setup the sign within, unless its already setup. If so state that (but currently the sign is 50k located at the coords, not 10k) For example: “I agree to setup a sign in the town <town name> at <coords> within 24 hours of the contract approval”
