General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of an efficiency 7 through a payment plan.


I (@Ndm57dcraft) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give @tannerjos 100,000 ecd within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
Starting Thurday may 28th 2015, I will be giving @tannerjos 125,000 ecd per week, for 5 weeks, ending on July 2nd 2015.
On the last week I will be giving @tannerjos 100,000 ecd, instead of 125,000 ecd.
Totaling 700,000 ecd for the efficiency 7

The payments will be done through 5 trade signs at X: -9733 Y:64 Z:-2325 in Legacy


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@tannerjos Will give me an efficiency 7 Silk touch 1 unbreaking 3 Diamond pickaxe, within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
Is not allowed to take any of the money out of the trade signs before a Full Payment is made.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
