General Purpose of Contract:
Purchase of Fly+ for @xZestyx in exchange for 600k by August 30th

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@xZestyx will pay me 600k in payment all paid off by August 30th If not paid by then its 10k each day after the 30th
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DeklineMC will buy @xZestyx fly+ for $60 USD by 12:00 AM PST 7/17/2015

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Few things before we proceed with this,

@xZestyx , you cannot have unlimited time for extra payments after the deadline. Please put a time frame in which you may pay extra for every day late, an example would be :

"I @xZestyx agree to pay 600k by August 30th, and if not paid by then, I will pay 10k for each day extra I have for 2 weeks. If it hasn't been paid by then, @DeklineMC will file a complaint against me"

Furthermore, you state it should be bought at 17th of July and now it's past that date, so that needs editing.

When edits have been made, @DeklineMC will have to resign with the correct format.

 

Been a while since a respond was made to this, I will be dismissing this contract,
