General Purpose of Contract:
In exchange for my $85,000 the user will buy mayor and in return I get the town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @miniCLH will pay @DaNuclearMuffin $85,000 within 5 hours of this being approved.

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section: Yes

within 24 hours of the contract approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- The user agrees to apply for mayor with the money that they will receive within 24 hours of receiving the money
- The user will copy and paste the application I have sent to him in a pm with the town posts and name
- The user gives me 100% ownership of the town
- The user will add me to the town ownership list within 12 hours of the mayor application being accepted.
- The user will not be able to re-claim the town ever
- The user gives me their consent to a official town transfer if ever needed

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
