General Purpose of Contract:
Payment to @mollywappa for his town/mayor app and the safe transfer of the town 'Wadsworth4'.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @CaptainWow12 ,agree to pay @mollywappa 75k ECD as soon this contract is accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@mollywappa agrees to make a mayor application once the payment is received, with the following town information:

If @mollywappa 's application gets denied because of insufficient funds or is not created within 24 hours of this post, it would be identified as a breach of contract.

@mollywappa Is to not spend the 85k on anything else but his mayor application.

@mollywappa Agrees to give @CaptainWow12 full ownership of Wadsworth4 once he receives his town,making this contract enough proof for a tycoon claim or a Town Transfer Application. @CaptainWow12 is also allowed to sell the town in future times.

@mollywappa agrees to add @CaptainWow12 as an owner of Wadsworth4 and not add any other owners, Once @CaptainWow12 added as an owner, @mollywappa is to remove himself from the town's owner list.

@mollywappa agrees to never try to claim this town back by contacting a Game Admin+. If he successfully does so,it would be identified as a breach of contract.

@mollywappa agrees to buy any town features he is asked to by @CaptainWow12 as long as the money is provided by @CaptainWow12 and the town hasn't be sold/A town transfer/claim has taken place.


@mollywappa agrees to not try to sell the town.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
