Safe exchange (money for mayor town)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @MadMonster_ will agree to give @SirDaniel13 85,000 ECD once the contract has been approved.
I @MadMonster_ will also agree to produce the mayor application for @SirDaniel13 to post. (The application is in a spoiler below)

The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. @SirDaniel13 must also agree to give full ownership of the town "MadTown" to @MadMonster_ within 24 hours of receiving it. This can be done by using the commands "/rg ao MadTown MadMonster_" and "/rg ro MadTown sirdaniel13"
@SirDaniel13 must also agree to never attempt to claim back the town under any circumstances.
@SirDaniel13 must also agree to a town transfer when I would like.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
