General Purpose of Contract: Giving a loan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @DaNuclearMuffin, will pay @bobman3355 $100,000 within 24 hours of this contract has been approved.
I will receive back $100,000 + Interest (60k) from @bobman3355 on or before 12/11/15
I will provide a sign in my plot (in the town of viscontia) at the cords:
X= -5851.439
Y= 64
Z= 13976.395
for @bobman3355 to return the $160k to. The payments will be made in increments of $40k
If, for any reason, @bobman3355 fails to pay/does not pay 160k by designated date, late fees will go for 3 weeks of 10k each day.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I, @bobman3355 accept a loan of $100k from @DaNuclearMuffin in return for repaying $100k + Interest(60k) before 12/11/15 into the designated sign that @DaNuclearMuffin And I have agreed on
If I fail to repay the full amount before the agreed deadline, I will have breached this contract.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
