General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a msword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @MinecraftParkerH my efficiency 5 star sword (Eff5, Unb3, Silktouch1 -- ID #IHUMDSTF -- Named "memes") via a chest located at -8401 63 -5527 in legacy within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

- I will add @MinecraftParkerH to the /own (ership) of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,100,000 ECD thus giving him FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@MinecraftParkerH must:

- Pay me $610,000ECD as soon as this contract has been accepted.

- Pay a further $490,000 ECD 2 weeks after this contract has been accepted - (20th December 2015) This payment will be received at a sign selling dirt for $490,000/piece at coords -8400 63 -5526 in legacy

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the sword to anyone until all $1,100,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @MinecraftParkerH


- Agree that @Phantomine has the right to reclaim the tool without any refund of payments if the full amount has not been paid after the 2 week period.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off .

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
