General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of an msword over 3 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @Arithon my efficiency 5 star sword (Eff5// Unb3// Silktouch1 -- ID #IIHNNSD6-- Named "melon") via a chest located at -8499, 63, -5568 in legacy within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

- I will add @Arithon to the /own (ership) of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,000,000 ECD plus late fees. Thus giving them FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Arithon must:
- Pay me $349,000 ECD upfront within 1 hour of this contract being accepted.

- Pay me $217,000 ECD weekly, for 3 weeks. The first payment starting on the 31st December 2015, with the last payment ending 14th January 2016. This is a total of 3 payments of $651,000 (Total $1,000,000)

- Pay the above mentioned payments to the 3 signs marked 1 to 3 located at coords: -8498/ 63/ -5570 -- Legacy.

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the sword to anyone until all $1,000,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @Arithon

- Agree that late fees must be paid for that week if the payment is late by 1 day or more. (Example 1st January instead of 31st December). Late fees are $25,000 for each week.

- If the full payment, including accumulated late-fees, has not been received by the 15th January 2016 then @Phantomine has the right to reclaim the tool without any refund, although any left-over debt will be cleared in this situation.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off weekly.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
