General Purpose of Contract:
Obtaining co-ownership of the melon sword (Unbreaking 3 Efficiency 5 Silk Touch 1 Diamond Sword) by paying @averagejoe2012 $200,000 for co-owner of the melon sword [#IIHNNSD6], named melon.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @xSpoofer agree to pay @averagejoe2012 $200,000 for co-ownership to the melon sword [#IIHNNSD6], named melon by March 8th, 2016. Regardless if the melon sword, named melon glitches or breaks in any way or form, I will do my best to pay off the outstanding balance that @averagejoe2012 owes. I, @xSpoofer agree to always keep the melon sword, named melon in the chest located at x: -3261 y: 103 z: -4069 in the town of hershtopia, located in legacy, whenever it is not in use.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
When @averagejoe2012 is not using the melon sword named melon he will leave the melon sword at the chest located at x: -3261 y: 103 z: -4069 in the town of hershtopia, located in legacy.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
