IGN: @Phantomine Users Involved in this Contract: @FuryFudge General Purpose of Contract: Clearing the town of 'coal' to the first layer of bedrock (y:4) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Phantomine, will add @FuryFudge as a member of the town of 'coal' in legacy within 48 hours of this contract being accepted. I, @Phantomine, will pay the user @FuryFudge $75,000 within 48 hours of the job being completed and then remove the user @FuryFudge as a member of the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I, @FuryFudge, agree to clear the town of 'coal' to bedrock, as well as leaving a one block wide wall left surrounding the bedrock hole. I, @FuryFudge, agree to complete the contract within a fair amount of time (5 weeks - unless mitigating factors slow progress). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. This time frame is a little too vague. Please put something like "Within 12 hours of this contract's approval". This is also a bit vague. Please add something like "within 12 hours of the job's completion." It would be best to add something like "If @FuryFudge will be late on completing the job he must contact @Phantomine and tell him this." @FuryFudge you'll have to re-agree once these changes are made.
