General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a star rod over 5 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @JimmyZ0811 my star rod (Luck of the sea V, Unbreaking III, Lure VIII -- ID #IJMFTM0Y) via a chest located at 192/ 156/ 6902 in legacy within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

- I will add @JimmyZ0811 to the /own (ership) of the tool within 48 hours of receiving the full total payment of $900,000 ECD plus late fees. Thus giving @JimmyZ0811 FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@JimmyZ0811 must:
-Pay me $150,000 up-front within 1 hour of this contract being accepted

- Pay me $150,000 ECD weekly, for 5 weeks. The first payment starting on the 21st of February 2016, with the last payment ending 20th of March 2016. This is a total of 5 weekly payments of $150,000 (Total $750,000 + $150,000 down payment)

- Pay the above mentioned weekly payments to the sign at 188/ 156/ 6902 in legacy. The sign sells dirt for $150,000/piece and 1 piece must be purchased per week as per the agreement above.

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the rod to anyone until all $900,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @JimmyZ0811

- Agree that late fees must be paid for that week if the payment is late by 1 day. (Example 23rd of February instead of 22nd of February). Late fees are $25,000 for each week.

- Agree that if the full payment of $900,000 + late-fees has not been received within the 5 weeks then @Phantomine has the right to reclaim the tool without any refund of payments, although any left-over debt will be cleared in this situation.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off weekly.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
