General Purpose of Contract:
Outline and enforce the process of earning the voting medal for the month of March 2016

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @3point14mp, will attempt to earn the $50 coupon code reward for March 2016 under @alpert3925's name by voting on the available voting sites for @alpert3925.
I, @3point14mp, will let @alpert3925 keep the coupon code reward for March 2016 should he win one.
Upon the March voting reward announcement, I, @3point14mp agree to the pay the following depending on the dollar amount of the coupon reward within 7 days of the news announcement:
If the coupon is $40, I, @3point14mp will refund $70,000
If the coupon is $30, I, @3point14mp will refund $140,000
If the coupon is $20, I, @3point14mp will refund $210,000
If no vote coupon code be rewarded for the month, I will refund @alpert3925 the entire amount paid for this contract as the purpose of this contract would not have been fulfilled.
I, @3point14mp, will let @alpert3925 keep all voting rewards earned from voting, including all netherstars and lucky voting rewards.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@alpert3925 will pay @3point14mp, $100,000 within 24 hours of contract approval.
@alpert3925 will pay an additional $275,000 on or before February 29th, 2016.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
