General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Sale of an Efficiency 10 Axe (ID: #IJHJ3201)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @MadMonster_ agree to pay $450,000 ECD to @shadowballxx1 within 48 hours of this contract being approved.
I @MadMonster_ agree to pay $380,000 ECD to the trade sign located at -2803 18 -485 (Rising) within 10 weeks of this contract being approved.
I @MadMonster_ agree that if the Eff10 Axe (ID: #IJHJ3201), is lost/broken then I will still owe the $380,000 within the 10 weeks.
I @MadMonster_ agree that if I do not pay the $380,000 within 10 weeks of the contract being approved, then I will pay an extra 10k per day in late fees for up to 1 week.
I @MadMonster_ agree that if after the 11 weeks the money hasn't been paid to @shadowballxx1 then I must return the axe.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@shadowballxx1 must agree to give @MadMonster_ the Efficiency 10 Axe (ID: #IJHJ3201) within 30 minutes of receiving the $450,000.
@shadowballxx1 must agree to '/own' to Efficiency 10 axe (ID: #IJHJ3201) to @MadMonster_ after the full $380,000 has been paid.
@shadowballxx1 must also agree to not attempt to reclaim the Efficiency 10 Axe (ID: #IJHJ3201) before the 11 weeks are up.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
