The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Give @OctavianCloud permission to alter Thornton and apply for town related applications (i.e. /warp, heal signs, etc.) Give permission for @OctavianCloud to allow other users including himself to add towns touching the borders of Thornton. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I OctavianCloud agree to the terms of this contract.
The thing is, the only way you'd be able to apply for those applications is by transferring the town to yourself via a town transfer application. You should probably put that in the contract instead.

Yeah little to late to edit the contract now, was more for so i can continue the work me and moo started which was building a nation in the area, need our towns to be bordering each other for that. maybe whoever is approving contracts can put that in their post while approving allowing me to add onto the town via letting other towns touch the borders. Moo gave me everything when he left including his main town and a purchased side town, his main town and mine both touch.
Hello, before i can approve your comtract there are some things that need fixing. Please fix tagging. In order to do this you need to be original owner, and per this contract @OctavianCloud isn't. There are 2 options: either @OctavianCloud files a town transfer application or @moomoomage will have to apply for town features for @OctavianCloud ( @OctavianCloud can pay him though). Please choose between one of these 2 options and wtite new clauses to reflect the new state of things Once theese things have been changed @moomoomage will have to re-agree to the contract with the right format.
@moomoomage quit the server after agreeing to this contract to allow those things, i know i need to be original owner for the applications, but would at least like to be allowed to give permission via showing this contract that moo is agreeing to, to be allowed to let other users put a town touching thornton. Didnt edit the contract as moomoomage had already agreed to all of that and didnt want it to be a issue because it was edited after the fact. Moomoomage gave me the town of thornton and even removed himself from it as a owner. I told him id take care of it incase he decides to return, which he still says he never will sadly. My town borders his town as we planned to build a nation together before the eula went into effect which seems to be his main problem with the server to the point he dont think he will ever come back and went as far as asking andrewkm for a perma ban in the shoutbox. I hope he does come back but in the event he doesnt i dont want that to stop progress of my town because it is touching his and not being able to add onto my town north or south (would be within 15 blocks of thornton which was his town and im unable to claim it for 6 months now) due to his absence puts me in quite a predicament. Moomoomage is not coming back, i have no way to contact him as of when he agreed to the stuff above and at this time and also at the time of the contract do not have the funds to complete a town transfer (roughly 50k short) or would have done so if i knew i could have or even wrote the contract to where he would allow me to do so once i had the money. Fixed the tags though, this contract was hastily written in moomoomages final moments on the website.
@OctavianCloud if you have an ingame agreement and you have evidence of it you can use it in a town transfer application
