IGN: @Bacus Users Involved in this Contract: @AquaphinaX General Purpose of Contract: I pay for @AquaphinaX Mayor rank and then I choose the location,name, and keep the town for myself. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give the other person involved the $85,000 ECD after this contract is completed. (24 hours to do so.) I agree to pay the other person invovled with this contract $15,000 ECD after the town is transferred and the other person involved is off the town owner list. (24 hours to do so.) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I agree to use the $85,000 ECD given to me from Bacus to pay for the Mayor rank. (7 days to complete the mayor rank application.) I agree to use the exact same coordinates and town name that Bacus will give me once this contract is completed. I agree to give Bacus the ownership of said town and then after giving ownership to Bacus I will remove myself from the town. (24 hours given to complete this.) Additional Information (this is totally separate from the actual contract.): The reason why I do not want to give out coordinates or the name of the town in this contract is because I want to keep both the location and town name a secret so someone else doesn't steal it from me. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hey @Bacus , Before I can approve this contract just a few things you need to include: -Make sure evrytime a users name is used you tag them (@) -Can you please be more specific at what point you will pay @AquaphinaX the 85k, such as 'within 24 hours of this contracts approval', as well as within how long of the contract being accepted will @AquaphinaX apply for the mayor rank/town. -Can you also be more specific here of the coordinates, name and world of the proposed town. -Can you also be more specific of the 'transferred' things mentioned. -You also need to inlcude within what timeframe you will pay the other 15k to @AquaphinaX -Also specify when @AquaphinaX will transfer the town ownership to yourself (eg. within 24 hours of receiving the mayor rank/town) Thank you
