The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Sponkle123 agrees to the following terms: Will use the $15,000 ecd to apply for Resident. Once resident rank is received money for mayor rank will be sent within 24 hrs of receiving resident rank. All moneys given will be done in game. Will use the $85,000 ecd to apply for Mayor rank. Will apply for mayor rank within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000 ecd. Will do /rg ao farmlands Silentshot90 within 24 hours of @Sponkle123 mayor app being accepted. Understands that @Silentshot90 will remove @Sponkle123 from the town. Agrees Silentshot90 has all rights to file a town-transfer application for the town. Agrees to add any town features as long as @Silentshot90 pays for it. Understands that @Silentshot90 can do whatever they want with the town. Agrees that they will never attempt to reclaim official ownership of the town.
