General Purpose of Contract:
Krowslayer is trading his portion of the town (100x100) halloffame for my whole town, pacifica

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give krowslayer full ownership of Pacifica When (or if) i own halloffame, I am not allowed to remove crossfire26 from his partial ownership nor am i allowed to build in his portion of the city.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
