General Purpose of Contract:
Renting of a melon sword, Efficiency 5 Unbreaking 3 Silk1 Diamond Sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will have someone repair the sword whenever it is needed.
I will rent out the sword to BlackWub for 30 minutes for 3.5K


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The sword can not be an entity.
The sword is not to be given to anyone except me, Lee1104.
User is not to log off at any time during the rental. If there is a restart, they must be on within 5 minutes of it coming back up.
You can not go AFK while renting the sword.
The chest will be located at the SkyFarms portal on TOWNWARPS5, FRONT ROW
Lee1104 has the right to know where the sword is at all times.
There will be a $1,000 fine every 10 minutes it is late in the designated chest.
Failure to return the sword will result in a $375,000 fine or you must return a new melon sword with the Eff5 Unb3 Silk1.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
