General Purpose of Contract:
For me to pay crossfire26 safely to build a very large mansion for me.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will buy crossfire26 the donation features ExtCommands and +, and then pay him 775,000 EcoDollars for his work.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
He will build me the place I have in mind to my complete satisfaction.
The following is the description of said building:
The description is as follows:
-It is going to be a very large blue wool-covered mansion, two-three story (I think), and it has multiple gardens and a gate encompassing it. It will have many, many rooms and a relatively large hall in the middle. I also believe there's a cafeteria somewhere, but don't quote me on that. I believe that's enough description, but tell me if I need more.
-Crossfire26 will supply all materials ,those that might be included are (but not limited to): Dark blue wool, stone, nether brick, nther stairs, cobblestone, regular stone, grass+dirt blocks, flowers, beds, chests, and other usual supplies.

-There are no real timelines, but I'd like it to be within three months.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

He'll be building something we like to call the SDM, an extremely big project, worth a lot of money.
