General Purpose of Contract:​

Pbrassat17 and I will pay blowtube123 $35,000 ECD by the date of May 12th, 2013 so us 3 will own the Wallstreet plot located at X: -215 Y: 65 Z: 65​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

I must never sell this plot unless the other users signed this contract and I all agree upon it. I also must pay blowtube123 35k by the date of May 12th, 2013. If I go inactive for 30 days+ I will be removed as a co owner of this bank/plot​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Pbrassat17 must Never sell this plot unless it is agreed upon by all of us and pay blowtube123 by the date of May 12th, 2013​

Blowtube123 must never sell this Wallstreet plot unless agreed by all of the users signing/writing this contract.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
