IGN: Revanrose6 Users Involved in this Contract: Brycey365 General Purpose of Contract: Temporary borrowing of a melon sword I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will allow Brycey365 to borrow 'LightSaber' the melon sword when I am not using it. This is a borrowing policy NOT co-ownership. I reserve the right to terminate this contract for whatever reason. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: This is a borrowing policy NOT co-ownership. If and when Revanrose6 requests the sword be returned, for any reason, at any time ,it is to be returned. When Brycey365 decides he isn't using it, it is to be returned to a designated chest. If the sword is broken, lost, or stolen while Brycey365 is borrowing it, then Brycey365 will owe Revanrose6 375k or a new melon sword. If this happens a new contract will be drawn up giving Brycey365 2 weeks to repay the sword. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
