This will need to be paid within a 3 week period. If the sword is not returned on time, then every 15 minutes over is 5k. Also required to pay me 22k when contract is initiated. Rental to other users is not permitted, and if caught, contract is nulled, and sword is returned. Lapking assumes full responsibility of sword. After reviewing this contract, I do not deem it fit for approval. If the sword is lost, the 400k he needs to pay is not given any time-frame to be in, but I would recommend it being around three weeks. Also, I find that for every 15 minutes he does not return the sword he is required to pay an addition 20k is way too high. That amount needs to be lowered considerably, to around 5k, at-most, for me to sign off this contract. If you want to edit the contract to fit the terms, lapkingkn will need to re-agree, if you do not wish to edit, respond to the contract stating that so it can be denied and locked.

Before approving this contract I need to know if the sword is lost/broken/stolen that the option of paying 100 nstars is correct or a typo. If so then this needs to be corrected to avoid a huge loss.
