IGN: sick24 Users Involved in this Contract: pilot3101 General Purpose of Contract: To make a safe trade, and to provide proof of renting. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will rent my melon sword to pilot3101 for an hour and he will pay 5k . The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: pilot3101 will pay $5k for an hour of using the sword and will return the sword upon my request. pilot3101 will pay me 5k before I give him the sword. If the sword is lost or broken, he/she will pay me 400k and he/she will pay this sum within 2 weeks. At the end of the hour pilot3101 is to contact Skylexia and give her the sword for it to be "collected". For every 10 min over the collection time 1k will be added as a late fee. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
