General Purpose of Contract: Sell my Melon sword. He will give me 220k now and 105k more within 1 week

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: To give him my melon sword for 220k. 7amoodw has within 1 week to pay me 105k extra. So I shall receive 325k in total from him. If he breaks the sword then he owes me 400k.
