General Purpose of Contract: To ensure safe transition of a spawnshop

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay RANDOM2580 exactly $400,000. in return, he will transfer ownership of Spawnshop#26 to me.
