General Purpose of Contract:
I will give Iorbit owner permissions to my town Bongo in exchange for him selling permissions to sed town (Town is giant farm) with me getting half profit. IE; he sells perms to farm town for 5k, I get 2.5k.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to not remove anyone from the town or make any alterations to the town user list without his permission. I agree to let him sell permissions at whatever price he likes. I agree to let him alter the town in any farm related way. I also agree to let him add as many people to permissions as he wants, as long as they paid.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Iorbit agrees to keep me in the owner permissions. He agrees to give me half profit (%50) of all sales. He agrees to only give permissions to town if they buy permissions or if they're doing work. He agrees not to add anyone else to owner permissions without my permission. He agrees that in the event he no longer wishes to sell permissions or is quitting for a long period of time (1 1/2+ months.) that I can remove him from the owner permissions.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.
